Instant Pot Venison Stew
This recipe is super quick and delicious. Any cut of venison will work as it comes out really tender.
1 onion chopped
1 stalk of celery chopped
1-2 lbs venison meat cubed
4 cups beef broth
1 can green beans
1 cup baby carrots
2 medium potatoes cubed
1 can lima beans
1 cup red wine
1-1/2 tablespoons of "Better than Bullion"
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 cup water
1/2 cup barley
salt & pepper
Set Instant Pot to sear and brown onions and venison in a small amount of Olive oil. Once the meat is brown add the remaining ingredients. Close the Instant Pot and cook at normal pressure for 10 minutes. Allow pressure to subside normally once cooking completes. Add more seasoning if needed.

Looks great! Weve had an instapot for several years & never used it for anything but rice.
