Handgun Hunting Discussion

The handgun world lost a great one tonight. Ron Power, owner of Power Custom, was called home. Ron was best known for his custom PPC revolvers in the 70’s and 80’s, but he was also a pioneer handgun hunter. He had multiple trophies taken with just about every handgun imaginable. He once told me he had “killed everything with blood in it” using his 2nd Gen Colt SAA Buntline 45 Colt. I’m fortunate to own a custom revolver he built for me 15 years ago, and consider myself more fortunate to have been able to call him a friend. My next birthday will be a little bit sad as Ron and I shared the same one. Please keep Joan, Rhonda, Randall, Angie, and all his Grandchildren in thoughts and prayers.
