buddy convinced me to use his CVA 50 cal mzl pistol for my preference point elk hunt this past year and it worked great he shot a cow 1.5 hours earlier and while my other buddy and I were processing it we heard this guy bugling closer and closer I looked at my buddy, he looked at me and he says go for it. I wasn’t sure if we could process 2 elk at once but it worked great i crawled over to a blowdown set the bipod legs on top of it thought ok-70 yds, shot and he disappeared 30 minutes later we walked over and he'd ran 30 yds and piled up dead. Couldn’t believe it worked so good.
