I know this will be a long shot, but does anyone definitely know the screw size for a Sig Romeo 5 base?

I’m installing a different QD base, and the base is thicker than the Sig base. With the new bases included screws, they only engage three threads, and the holes go much deeper.

I want longer screws, since I will be torture testing it on my 460 magnum.

All the forums and responses from Sig mention a 6-40, or 6-48, but it’s not.

I got 5-40 and that’s the correct diameter, but not the pitch.

Looks like a 5-48, but thought I’d ask before I keep ordering more screws.
