Revolver speed goats
Couple speed goats. Both were with a factory 629 PC and 2x leupold. 240 Sierra.
One doe was taken in the prone at 150 yards, exit wound bellow….a Golf ball would fit in the exit.
other doe was 130 off shooting sticks.

A couple methods I have found to work well when you can’t use terrain to hide yourself from speed goats.
1. Parallel the goat slowly closing the distance.
2. Pause once in a while and take a knee. Alot of times that will trigger their curiosity and they will close the distance.
3. Just disappear. when they spot you and before they bolt just disappear. Lay flat behind whatever sage/grass you have. once again playing on their curiosity this seems to make some want to investigate.
under 200 yards seems to be their safety bubble. On Some more pressured land it may be more but in general 200 seems it.
if you can hit a 8” plate at 150 I think you are golden to get a speed goat.
they are frail critters. Anything 357 magnum on up is more than enough.
