Success In The Field

Today is the last day of our early muzzleloader season so I figured I’d better pull the trigger on something if I wanted to get one with my muzzleloader. I saw this lone doe early this morning and had to wait a few minutes to get a clear shot. At 6:55am I dropped the hammer, she ran about 40 yards and piled up. I’ve got her hanging now and chilling out. Tomorrow is opening day of our firearms season (everyone around here calls it rifle season but not me)
