Been hunting since I was 7 years old as kids in Arkansas are started young into hunting and guns was always fascinated by handguns and started hunting rabbits and varmints with a really old Ruger standard model semi auto in 22 LR , around 1971 got a brand new Ruger Blackhawk 41mag that was a 3 screw that was extremely accurate killed alot of hogs with it.

That Blackhawk gave me a itch that I still can't scratch even to this day concerning Blackhawks as well as the single sixes.

Love all kinds of hunting regardless of weapon used and in later years digging even deeper into handgun hunting as it's very challenging.

Read everything on handguns that Elmer Keith, JD Jones , Larry Kelly, Bill Jordan , Skeeter Skelton and Ed McGivern wrote and forever learning with Handloader Magazine and many loading manuals being looked into for every project at hand.

Glad to be counted as a member of this group and believe Ryan Hoover is one of the best interviewers for the podcasts and also a great asset to HHI and its future.
