Giveaway Rules, Terms, and Conditions

WINNERS ARE CHOSEN AT RANDOM.

 

Handgun Hunters International hosts monthly giveaways. Each giveaway lasts from 12:00 am CST on the first day to 11:59pm CST the last day of each month. Drawings for the winner will occur on or about the first day of the month following the giveaway month or on the first business day following the first day of the month.  

 

To enter: No purchase is necessary to enter to win. All members of Handgun Hunters International are automatically entered to win. To enter a giveaway without purchasing a membership, please mail a postcard with your full name and email address, and phone number to:

Prizes: Prize items vary per giveaway. Prizes will be clearly defined per giveaway. The total value of each prize will be noted and available upon request. 

 

Notification to winners: Winners will be notified by phone or email immediately after the random selection of the winner is complete. Winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit or Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and any other documentation Handgun Hunters International requires for prize fulfillment within fourteen (14) days of date printed on notification. If a prize notification or prize is determined to be undeliverable by the carrier that is used to ship the prize, that prize will be forfeited.

Any prize not claimed within 30 days will be forfeit. To claim a prize, it is necessary to notify the director of HHI that you are aware that you are the winner and you will make arrangements to receive your prize. Forfeited prizes may be used as prizes for future giveaways.


 

Eligibility: Giveaways are open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, or 21 years of age when the prize available is a handgun or any other item requiring a minimum age of 21 years for possession. The giveaways are only open to legal residents of the United States of America. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Handgun Hunters International (HHI) (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaways. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. If you are a resident of a state, county, city, or township where the prize item is prohibited, the prize may be substituted or forfeited at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.


 

Transfer of Firearm: Transfer of a prize falling under the legal definition of a firearm shall be conducted at a federally-licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. All firearm transfers will be conducted in strict compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws. By entering this giveaway, you acknowledge that you are not legally prohibited from owning or taking possession of firearms. If the transfer of the firearm to you is legally prohibited for any reason, another winner will be selected by another random drawing.


 

Participants in this sweepstakes agree to:

  • Abide by all the rules and regulations set forth in this online document.

  • Grant Handgun Hunters International, its subsidiaries, or anyone acting on behalf of Handgun Hunters International, where allowed by law, the right to publish, broadcast, or otherwise distribute on any media your entry, including name, picture, voice, image, or statements about the giveaway for advertising or promotional purposes without compensation (unless prohibited by law). Winners may be asked to sign a document signifying this permission.

  • To discharge, release, and hold harmless Handgun Hunters International and its agents from any and all liability including injuries, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participating in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage.


 

Odds of winning will be based on the number of eligible entries received. Cash redemption or prize substitution will not be allowed.
