HHI Ideas, News, & Feedback

I'm getting closer to migrating to the new site. I've gotten some beta testers trying it out (thanks, guys) and I'm working out the kinks. The general consensus is that it's better than this site, so I'm happy there.

Next step for me is to migrate all members over to the new site and make sure you can all access the forum, but folks who are not members can't. Once I switch the URL to the new site, everyone will automatically go to it, and I'm expecting a few hiccups along the way. Thanks for your patience, I'm hoping this will be a great improvement and help our community grow.

OK, folks. It's no secret that I've let HHI languish a bit. I'm ready to get back on the horse.

First, I'm going to be working on a new website. First priority will be a new forum format. Options for a traditional forum are limited, but I think I've found something that will be closer to what we are used to. I will work to preserve the info on this forum from the last few years.

Please let me know what you want in both the forum and the website in general.

Is anyone else experiencing slow performance from this website (pages really slow to load, etc.)? Just trying to find out if it's me.

I have an older laptop and have some occasional slowness elsewhere, but on this site it seems to be consistent.
