Eating sheep
Has anyone found any of the exoctic sheep that were actually good to eat?
What ever I have had has either been too gamey or taste was good and so tough
you couldn't chew it. I would kind of like to go after an audad but have heard they are not great table fare. What say ye wise ones?

Born and raised on a hog farm. My dad always told me you don't eat boars after they start breeding or it will stink the house up. And he's right, it will.
