To rebarrel my Buckmark, or not?
Here's your obscure question of the day:
Has anyone rebarreled a Browning Buckmark with a Tactical Solutions barrel, or even a new factory barrel?
The TacSol is a good looking, lighter weight barrel with threading and fluting options. The OG Buckmark barrels have a reputation for accuracy. However, new Browning rimfire barrels don't necessarily have that reputaion.

I did the swap many years ago but I don't remember the accuracy before or after but I don't remember being unhappy after in terms of accuracy. I did love the lighter weight and the look was awesome. I ended up selling it with both barrels because the little gun was plain wore out, I was replacing parts so frequent I just sold it. Turns out it came from a Basement gun club in NYC so was apparently shot a lot - no idea what the round count could have been so not shaming Buckmarks as this thing was well used - probably more than any one person would ever use one. Go for it, I bet you'll be happy!
