I am on vacation and a little bored. Times like this my mind starts wandering.

What would be a decent used scope for a large bore encore. Use would be mainly whitetail deer from a treestand or blind.

I want a scope vs dot

Most shots will be 100 or less but could go to 200+

Now to make it interesting let's say Leupold and Burris are not an option

I have 2 other encore barrels and a second frame. I have taken groundhogs at fairly long distances with my 22/250 barrel and half a dozen deer with my 308 Win barrel I am familiar with the platform and handgun optics
