Matt, you are correct, Hornady should be making a premium six gun bullet. I've been through their plant & I'm pretty sure they make more bullets than any other manufacturer, yet no bonded bullets for revolvers. Have you done any testing with bullet alloys & different HP's, pretty sure you can get there with cast if you experimented a bit but that wasn't your question.
