Burris customer service

Has anyone had any dealings with Burris lately? I sent a scope to them in February and all I get from customer service is a computer generated email with no answers to my scope status. Leopold only took three weeks to service one of their scopes.

I sent them a damaged scope 2 years ago and had the replacement in 3-4 weeks. No issues.
