Trying to nail down the guns for this years hunting.

I already know a few of them. I am making a concerted effort to kill deer with some of the antique guns. The modern guns are going to be a bit more fun. As of now the 10mm is scoped and will be shooting the CEB 120 grain Raptors. I am launching them 1434 fps. It looks like they are going to do a lot of damage.

The 480 is going more this year with 400 grain Gold Dots over a near max charge of 300-MP. Velocity is just over 1300 fps. The 475 Linebaugh is getting scoped and will shoot the same bullet over Enforcer for another 100 fps.

.357 Magnum big guns will get 158 XTPs over H110.

.357 Magnum small guns will get a 158 Nosler over a milder charge of H110.

40 S&Ws will get 165 grain Gold Dots over Longshot.

41 Magnum 210 XTP over H110.

44 Special small frame 250 Keith over Blue Dot

44 Special large frame 240 WFN over U-Clays

44 Magnum 240 XTP over H110

44 Magnum 310 grain WFN over 300-MP

450 Marlin 300 grain Hornady over H322

260 140 Partition over H4831SC

30-06 150 BT over IMR4350

45 Colt Ruger scoped gun 300 XTP over H110

45 Colt open sighted gun 360 grain Oregon Trail over 300-MP

460 Rowland revolver 250 Sierra JHC over CFE

460 Rowland Auto 230 Gold Dot over Power Pistol

I might add some later. I am going to experiment with some factory ammo from Buffalo Bore

in the 45 Super, 38-44 and possibly some more.

This will be around 30 guns. Wishful thinking but I am, going to try.
