Success In The Field

Success Nonetheless

Raining days are abundant this time of year in Northern Louisiana. Not to worry, sitting warm and dry in a nice box stand is a wonderful way for me to pass a morning. A better symphony has never been written than the sound of rain on the tin roof of a box stand. One that has my own sweat equity built into it. No dirt naps dealt opening day, but a truLu successful hunt regardless of the presence of a trophy animal. I guess it’s all about perspective and I feel that mine is spot on. A special Thanks to Ryan for the old Sixgunner issues. What better way to enjoy a morning than reading about a 1987 antelope hunt with handguns. Sometimes for me the success is in a quiet morning, letting my thoughts wander. Enjoy the time in the woods, our days are a vapor. Stay Salty

Good looking set-up you've got. I'm 3 sheets of shy of being finished with a 6'x6' shooting house, much like yours. Built just for those nasty south Arkansas days.
