HHI is about to start going through a good 'ol fashioned strategic planning operation, and I want to get the feedback of you members. As part of this program, I'll be reaching out to as many of you as I can to get feedback directly. I'll probably start via email, but I'd love to talk on the phone if you're able. Some of you have been around the block a few times, some are less experienced, and many are in the middle. I don't care where you are. Your opinion matters to me just as much as any other member's opinion.
I'm going to list some of the questions we'll be asking. Let me first say (and people never believe me when I say this) that you can not offend me. You could tell me how much something sucks and I'd much rather know and try to fix it than wonder who's keeping their negative opinion to themselves. Please, be honest.
