New Eyes for the DW
You all may recall my post asking for info on a sight/scope mount to get a reflex sight on my Dan Wesson 715. Well thanks to Ryan's advice I purchased a Weigand Weig-A-Tinny Ruger Mini. It was a close, but not perfect fit. I considered sending it off to have it fitted, but the more I thought about it the more I became convinced I could do it myself. And, IMHO, it was well worth it.
After finding out the local big box sporting goods store doesn't have the Burris FF III their website said they do I ordered one online. It should be here this week I think.
I'm very pleased and super excited to get the new sight mount.

For any small contributions I may have made you are welcome, Mike. But it was a group effort. Ryan recommended the WAT mount, Kim suggested I talk to Gary Reader about it, which got me to looking at what didn't fit and what needed to be done, so I could discuss it with him. Then like you I just decided to give it a shot.
How do you like the BB Houges? I was thinking of them as a future add on.
