Chris,

Very cool setup suppressed! Good luck chasing yotes! We go every chance we get. I and my dad shoot backwards(lefty) so the right sight handle works good for us. Mine started with a Bear Creek Arsenal side charger upper receiver and bolt for $99. I cut and shaped the rear of the carrier. Inspiration from the Solo 300. I kept the cut gas tube for looks only since it's not hidden under a tube, and if you're familiar with the Wildey magnums, they had a small op rod on the bottom of the barrel that looks like a tiny gas tube. I realy tried to get by without a big brake as it is VERY loud now, but it was just too much recoil. We went through 5 different grips trying to find something that would make it tolerable. Finally settled on this no-name grip purchased on sale from somewhere I can't remember right now. The grip has a wide tail on it that helps absorb alot of recoil. As pictured ready to hunt it weighs 5lbs 5ozs. I have a second upper for this lower that utilizes the same carrier/handle but different 5.56 faced bolt, 12" aluminum float tube, 16" 1/7 .223 Wilde barrel, and backwards gas block. I'm still going back and forth between pistol scopes and rifle scopes to find what works best. Once I get the .223 upper hunt ready, I'm going to put the whole system in a pick and pluck foam case as a convertable hunting setup that can cover everything from prarie dogs to buffalo!
